Your satisfaction is our top priority at ZACHBRYANWORLD. Below, we outline our policies regarding order cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you.

Order Cancellation/Modifications

We aim for quick turnaround times; therefore, orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you need to cancel or modify your order after payment, please contact us within 12 hours. A cancellation fee of 6.9% + $1 may apply to cover payment gateway and shipping costs.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery: If your product does not arrive within 45 business days (excluding processing time).
  • Wrong or Damaged Order: If you receive an incorrect order or if your product arrives damaged, you can request a refund, exchange, or replacement. Please provide unpacking pictures and videos of defective products along with your order number and name.

For damaged products, we cover the shipping fee for exchanges. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Requirements

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 30 days from the purchase date or within 14 days after product delivery.
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition, including original packaging and parts.
  • Returned items must be unused and postpaid.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Shipping Error: If the shipping carrier delivers to the wrong address due to their error, we will resend your order at no additional cost.
  • Customer Error: If the wrong address is provided by the customer, they are responsible for the cost of replacement.

  • Pre-order and custom-made sales (unless defective).
  • Orders in transit that cannot be canceled.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer resulting in unsuccessful delivery.
